Career Highlights
After seven years as a life insurance underwriter with Prudential Insurance, Bruce entered commercial property management with Hines in 1995. Since that time, he has managed Pillsbury Center for Hines, U.S. Bancorp Center for Equity Office and Wells Real Estate Funds before returning to Pillsbury Center which has now been renamed U.S. Bank Plaza, a 1.3 million square foot retail and office complex in Minneapolis for Hines. In January of 2017, Bruce transferred to Oklahoma City to lead the Hines team in the Oklahoma market.

In his duties at Hines, Bruce has assisted with due diligence projects, new construction budgeting, and worked with a variety of ownership entities at properties across North America.

Bruce sits on the Hines Best Practices Committee and is a member of the Hines Property Management Training Program Task Force and the Service Level Standards Task Force. Bruce has been involved with BOMA leadership in Minneapolis since 2007 and was Chairperson of the BOMA International Awards Committee from 2009-2013. In 2013, Bruce was selected to be Chairperson of the BOMA International Industry Defense Fund Oversight Committee and in 2014 was selected to serve on the BOMA International Executive Committee. Bruce is the only 2-time recipient of the Greater Minneapolis Building Owners and Managers Association’s President’s Award.

Cindy Murillo - Gardner Tanenbaum Holdings

Cindy brings 23 years of experience from the commercial construction, multi-family, student housing and military family housing markets to Gardner Tanenbaum Holdings. Her experience spans from ground up commercial construction, project management in both commercial and the multi-family housing industry. Ms. Murillo utilizes her experience in sales, marketing, development, estimating, subcontracting and customer service to promote long term successful projects.

Ms. Murillo’s project experience includes project management of Oklahoma City’s first Luxury High Rise with a $17M retrofit for Gardner Tanenbaum/The Classen Luxury Apartments. Direct Management and over sight of privatizing over 3600 housing units for the United States Air Force (Tinker Air Force Base, Travis Air Force Base, Fairchild Air Force Base, and Lackland Air Force Base) and private developer, Balfour Beatty Communities. Ms. Murillo’s portfolio included direct oversight of annual budgets in excess of $20M, a team of 83 employees, monthly occupancy, financial monitoring/management. She achieved corporate goals that exceeded corporate benchmarks consistently by maintaining occupancy at 95% and above for over 5 years. Ms. Murillo’s teams consistently achieved Annual Survey “A+” awards voted on by residents for 5 years.

Ms. Murillo returned to Gardner Tanenbaum Holdings in February 2013 in the capacity of Vice President of Multi Family. She has since completed two multi-family projects (Liberty Pointe (324 Units) which was sold for $37.25M and J Marshall Square (280 Units) currently in Lease Up. She now currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for the organization.

Lisa Raiber - Signature Place Investments

Lisa Raiber is the Building Manager of an approximately 100,000 square foot office building located at 5909 NW Expressway in Oklahoma City. Lisa’s real estate management experience spans almost 18 years, having worked a wide range of property types including retail, industrial, facilities, and office.

Alex Snoddy - Snoddy Properties

I graduated from The University of Central Oklahoma in 2013 with a major in Business Finance and a minor in Real Estate. I have been with Snoddy Properties, Inc. since March of 2014. Snoddy Properties is a full service real estate firm specializing in the development and management of medical office buildings. Considering we are a smaller firm that focuses in all facets of commercial real estate, my competencies include asset management, project management, property management, brokerage work including leasing as well as dispositions and acquisitions, assistance with gap financing and also construction work.

While being a Part of BOMA since early 2014 I have also been involved with the Commercial Real Estate Council (CREC) and I'm currently in the process of receiving my Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. In my free time I enjoy going to the lake, playing golf, skiing in Colorado and spending time with friends, family and my newborn baby girl.

John Powell Walker - Wiggin Properties, LLC

John Powell Walker joined Wiggin Properties at the beginning of 2013 as an Analyst and Assistant Property Manager. He accepted the position of Asset Manager in 2017 and will continue to support the company’s asset and investment team by providing valuable analysis for clients. His expertise includes economics, investment analysis, asset management, construction, property management, and real estate investment in the Oklahoma City area. He has served as Government Affairs chair on the BOMA Oklahoma City Board of Directors since 2016.

He has completed numerous pro-formas with spreadsheet and statistical software packages to provide insight on financial data, identify trends, develop forecasts, and measure financial risks associated with making a particular investment decision.

Prior to joining Wiggin Properties, John Powell was a Project Estimator and Assistant Construction Manager with Maccini Construction Company where he was successfully awarded competitive bidding contracts and performed cost savings analysis for clients.

John Powell is an Oklahoma City native. He graduated from Casady School and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from Southern Methodist University, where he was nominated to the Omicron Delta Epsilon Honor Society. He is single, enjoys tennis, traveling, and reading.

Mandy White - Mercy Hospital

I have been with Mercy for 3 years and am currently serving as Real estate Compliance Manager for Mercy. I oversee all regulatory and Lease Administration functions for Mercy’s over 17MM SF portfolio with over 2,400 Leases in 6 states. I have over 15 years of experience leasing and managing all types of property such as shopping malls, office buildings, hospitals, and industrial properties. I am a graduate of Southern Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership. Very active in Oklahoma City business and politics, having served in Greater Chamber, South OKC Chamber, Norman Chamber, IFMA, ICSC, Women of the South, and Moore Public Schools Foundation. In an effort to become a more active member of BOMA and hopefully be able to contribute to the ongoing success of the organization, I recently volunteered to serve on the Government Relations committee in BOMA and the Bylaws committee for BOMA’s southwest region.

I am married and collectively, we have four kids. My husband works for Tyler Media Corporation running the outdoor advertising division for the family. Our hobbies are business and politics; we are constantly involved in efforts to promote the success and growth of Oklahoma City. On the rare occasion that we actually get to relax, we enjoy our backyard resort, travelling, or concerts.

Jason Barry is a 1999 graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma. His professional career began with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in their Management Trainee program. Within the 13 Years he worked for Enterprise he held several positions in both management and supervisory roles. In 2010 he made the decision to change careers into Oil & Gas, working in technical drilling sales for Schlumberger. After the 2015 downturn in Oil & Gas, Jason made the decision to refocus on a new industry. This is where Jason met Roger Wahlheim and began his career with working KONE. Since then, Jason has focused on each individual account, insuring they are receiving timely communication and exceptional customer service that they deserve.

He currently lives in Piedmont, with his wife Melissa and 3 daughters, Emily, Brooke & Addison.

James Bois - Waste Management

I am a college graduate from University of Central Oklahoma and honorably discharged from the US Army. During college I served as founding president of American Marketing Association chapter and received a national award for Student Marketer of the Year. Our UCO AMA Chapter also received multiple awards for our Chapter Plan and Annual Report.

While in military, I spent 18 months in Talil, Iraq as a driver and gunner on an Armored Security Vehicle. During that time I was awarded Army Commendation Medal for logging over 13,000 combat miles (the most in my company).

For the last two years I have served the OKC Business Community as an Outside Representative for Waste Management. I pride myself in responsiveness to clients and willingness to consult on site.
