Membership Levels

 

Regular Membership

 

Regular Members are those that own, manage, develop or lease commercial real estate.  Such property would include office buildings, government buildings, institutional or medical facilities, apartments, industrial property and retail shopping centers.

  • Annual membership dues = $620 per person
  • Additional member dues = $420 per person

 

Associate Membership

 

Associate Members provide products and service to the commercial real estate industry.  This membership is limited based on the total number of Regular Members.  This is to maintain a good balance of both Regular and Associate Members. 

  • Annual membership dues = $720  per person
  • Additional member dues = $620 per person

 

Emerging Professionals

 

Emerging Professionals are commercial real estate professionals seeking to develop their careers and create relationships within the industry.  This is for management professionals with less than two (2) years’ experience in the real estate industry, such as property managers, assistant property managers, administrative assistants, accounting staff, leasing associates and other support personnel. 

  • Annual membership dues = $150 per person

Industrial Membership *NEW*

 

Industrial members shall be recognized as those that exclusively own, manage or lease industrial property. They will have the same benefits as Regular Members.

  • Annual membership dues = $439 per person
  • Additional membership dues = $239 per person

Membership Details

Membership in BOMA Oklahoma City is valid from January 1 through December 31 and includes membership in BOMA International (unless noted otherwise). Membership dues are annual, nonrefundable, and required to be paid in full before benefits take effect. Please note: All memberships are final and nonrefundable, regardless of participation level. However, memberships are transferable within your organization during the membership term. If a staff change occurs, please contact us to assign the membership to another employee from your company.If you join under our end-of-year pricing special, the remaining months of the current year are included at no additional charge with payment of dues for the next calendar year.

All membership applications are subject to approval by the BOMA Oklahoma City Board of Directors.
